Hiiiii, I’m Zaria i’m 24 yrs old. I graduated from Orangeburg Wilkinson High in 2018. Then i went on to pursue my nursing career at Orangeburg Technical College. After about two years in and becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant i realized that nursing was not my calling at the moment or nor was i excited to do it anymore. So around 2023 i decided to start back doing hair consistently. Then i finally decided to do what my heart always wanted, I signed up for cosmetology school at Denmark Technical College and started in August of 2024. I got Approved and that day I couldn’t fight back the tears of excitement. In October of 2024 I left my job to continue school full time. So, this is a summarized journey of me becoming a Licensed Cosmetologist.
